On a sea side property in the Stockholm archipelago Elithus has built this majestic house with two architectural bodies united by a glassed center part. Already approaching the entrance on the concrete steps hoovering above the pool one realizes that this house is something extraordinary. The pool itself merges with the house and ends just where the windows begin.
All the carpentries are hand made by a local shop including the kitchen and the doors. Five sliding doors throughout the house makes the outdoors and indoors blend together. Specially made wall panels with hidden storage and drawers in the hallway is a convenient luxury and the KNX-controlled system makes all the lighting in the house as well as appliances easy to control from ones cell phone or tablet.
The master suite contains a private balcony, wardrobe and own spa with a glassed sauna, all overlooking the sea.
The project is built on site by Elithus with our concept Sustainable Quality (Hållbar Kvalité) which utilizes Sweden´s foremost environmental and climate friendly building concept - Miljö/Klimat 2020.
