ECHO CASE 94 | Echocardiography for Beginners | Echocardiogram Interpretation | 2D Echo Basics

A 45 year old male with history of dyspnea for last six months. Echocardiogram was done, Spot the findings and make a diagnosis on the basis of echocardiography clips shown, answer is given after one minute with explanation of findings.

Case 94: FINDINGS & DIAGNOSIS:
Parasternal Long Axis and short Axis view are showing dilated right ventricle and reduced RV function as evident by reduced TAPSE on M mode echocardiography. Color Doppler and CW Doppler showing high gradients across pulmonary valve suggesting severe pulmonary valve stenosis.
