Martin Tubridy, who received reviews by New York Times critics for his performances at Carnegie Recital Hall in 1971 and Town Hall in 1972 that inspired Harry Chapin to write the tale "Mr. Tanner," joined Steve Chapin, Howard Fields, Jonathan Chapin, and Scott Sivakoff, to perform that song at the "Harry Chapin: A Celebration in Song" concert to benefit the Harry Chapin Foundation on November 12, 2016.
