Another Live Event in the "CicloGB project"!

The channel and group Geotecnia Brasil is honored to present this event with the world renowned Engineer Dr. Peter K. Robertson.

Mr. Robertson has over 30 years experience as an educator, researcher, and consultant.
He is B.Sc. in Civil Engineering for the Nottingham University (1972), M.Sc. (1975) and Ph.D. (1983) in Geotechnical Engineering for the University of British Columbia.
He has expertise in-situ testing of soils, earthquake design of geotechnical structures, soil liquefaction and pile design. He was the Principal Investigator of the Canadian Liquefaction Experiment (CANLEX) from 1993 to 2000. Dr. Robertson has been consultant of various industrial clients and insurance companies in North America, Asia and Europe for projects involving liquefaction evaluation, stability of onshore and offshore structures, landslides, stability of natural slopes and tailings dams, deep foundations and use and interpretation of in-situ tests.
