BARFI & RASGULLA ICECREAM - A light cream with bite size juicy rasgulla pieces.

Here is what you will need -
1 cup heavy cream
1 tub marscapone / cream cheese
2 tsp ginger juice - not the fibers
1/4 cup nestle cream
1/4 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup icing sugar - optional
1/2 tsp cardamon
1 cup chopped rasgulla
Rainbow sprinkles
