Tone your arms and shoulders with this short but effective tank top workouts. You will need some kind of light weights like dumbbells or water bottles. If this is too heavy you can also choose to do the workout without weights.
The workout consists of 5 exercises that are repeated twice, resulting in a 2 x 5-minute workout.
