Game of Thrones- Kingsroad : Ring Enhancement makes no difference in Attack Power !?

I previously checked my Attack Power, which was 18,778 (unbuffed), while using the following setup:
Ring Level 14 placed in a Slot Enhanced to Level 26
Ring Level 30 placed in a Slot Enhanced to Level 15
After that, I switched the rings:
Ring Level 30 moved to the Level 26 Enhanced Slot
Ring Level 14 moved to the Level 15 Enhanced Slot
I checked my stats again after switching them, but my Attack Power remained exactly the same.
According to the Slot Enhancement description, placing a higher-level item in a higher-enhanced slot should result in an increase, but I am not seeing any change.
Could you please evaluate this situation and let me know if I am misunderstanding something or if there may be an issue with how the system is functioning?
