Do you have a flat “mom butt”? These exercises are designed to properly engage and train your glutes to strengthen, tone, and shape your butt. Just 10 minutes, 2 sliders or small towels are required, and a small step or bench is optional. Let’s get started!
This is workout #1 of this 3-part workout series. Do each workout for 1-3 weeks, 1-3 times per week, before moving on to the next one. For best results, do not train glutes on consecutive days.
