Hello Everyone
So its been a few months since i was last out, so apologies. I have been wanting to get out for ages but never took the step so in this video i finally packed my rucksack and go out.
An easier option is to pick a bothy to say packing a tent and then setting it all up so i though this would be a good idea to get back in to the swing of things.

Follow me as i take you for an over nights stay at Kettleton Byre Bothy in Dumfries and Galloway as we film Red Kites, chat about mental health, Mens health some gear thrown in by a cosy bothy fire.
