Underswap Distrust is an AU where the events of Disbelief take place in the Underswap universe.

Originally introduced as Underswap Disbelief, this idea was first proposed by a Tumblr user named American Nerd Star on January 21, 2016 [1]. Later, Optima obtained ownership of the concept and has since preserved it as the original and official version of Distrust.

There are plans to include Underswap Disbelief in the official game adaptation of Undertale Disbelief [2]. However, this does not make it an official version. While it is the official Swap version of Disbelief, the idea itself is neither the original nor the official version of Disbelief.

Sans (/sænz/) is the brother of Papyrus and a major character in Undertale. He first appears in Snowdin Forest after the protagonist exits the Ruins. He serves as a supporting character in the Neutral and True Pacifist routes, and as the final boss and heroic antagonist in the Genocide Route.
