The ingredient:
flour 110 gr
cornstarch 12
egg yolks 6 pcs
milk 80 ml
vegetable oil 60 ml
egg whites 6 pcs
lemon zest
sugar 70 gr
salt 1/4 tsp
vanilla flavor
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 302°F degrees or 150 °C degrees .
2. prepare and measure all your ingredients:
3. sift flour, baking powder, cornstrach and salt into a bowl. add egg yolks, oil, vanilla extract, and lemon extract and mix very well.
4.Beat egg whites, cream of tartar (optional) and sugar in a separate large bowl until stiff.
5. Gently fold mixtures together with a rubber spatula or hand whisk. Pour batter into the chiffon tube pan or round tall pan.
6. Bake cake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes to 1 hr or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, turn of the oven and leave for another 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Invert the pan onto a wire rack. Let cool completely before unmolding and decorating as desired.

1. Preriscalda il forno a 302 °F o 150 °C.
2. Prepara e misura tutti gli ingredienti:
3. Setaccia la farina, il lievito, l'amido di mais e il sale in una ciotola. Aggiungi tuorli d'uovo, olio, estratto di vaniglia ed estratto di limone e mescola molto bene.
4. Sbatti gli albumi, il cremor tartaro (facoltativo) e lo zucchero in una grande ciotola separata fino a ottenere un composto sodo.
5. Mescola delicatamente i composti con una spatola di gomma o una frusta a mano. Versa l'impasto nello stampo a ciambella o nello stampo alto rotondo.
6. Cuoci la torta nel forno preriscaldato per 55 minuti o 1 ora o fino a quando uno stuzzicadenti inserito al centro non esce pulito, spegni il forno e lascia cuocere per altri 5 o 10 minuti.
7. Capovolgi lo stampo su una griglia. Lascia raffreddare completamente prima di sformarlo e decorare a piacere.
