All the barbells today! This was meant to be more of a strength piece with a heavy load for the snatch. Been awhile since I've snatched or even hang power cleaned this much weight. Goal was 3 plus and I almost got 4, so I'm satisfied with it. Singles on the Deadlifts and then did 1 plus 8 for the hang power cleans. Singles on the power cleans and did 1 plus 4 for the jerks. Singles on the Snatches. 15 Minute AMRAP of 10 Deadlifts, 8 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Power Cleans, 4 Jerks, 2 Snatches. Weight is 185/125lb for all barbell movements. Finished 3+28 RX.
