so i think i figured out what nick meant on the chrous where he talks about "the rose garden.." of course i think i firgured it out AFTER the video is done rendering xP oh well.

"In the rose garden. Where the rain is falling. And the thorns are sharp in, the rose garden."

here's my take:
i think nick is using the "Rose Garden" as a metaphor to hollywood. where on the outside it looks beautiful and what everyone wants, just like a beautiful rose garden but on the inside it's full of thorns&hatred. The rain helps grow the rose garden and bring it even more to life, just like how hollywood is fueled by tears by the people who get cut open by gossip & scandals.

what do you guys think? i honestly think it is. especially after i think i figured out what he meant by " she worked at the rose garden"

but who knows it could be about someone we don't know about or just a song that nick just made up. lol xD

and i'm getting annoyed at the fact that people are saying this song is not a compliment if it is about selena. the lyrics are not about hatred or breaking up & he didn't insult her. calling someone a "beatiful mistake" isn't an insult, infact i'm a "beautiful mistake" too :) so stfu :D
