Day 1 | Road trip to THAILAND! | SG couple self converted campervan | Songkran

Welcome back to our channel! 🥳

We made an impromptu and bold decision that, WE WILL BE HEADING TO THAILAND 🚐 but well the thing is.. It’s been a long time since the last time we had such opportunity to have a (relatively) long break, to be able to take our van out. ALSO, we overlanded for approx. 6 months the last time and we forgot that, as much as ‘the world is so small’, it’s actually NOT THAT SMALL 😂

But erm anyway, we were too excited HAHA and overly ambitious. We forgot that the drive from Singapore to Thailand, specifically Kanchanaburi, takes about 30 hours by driving and, we already told our friends that we will be visiting them SOOO nope, no back out! 🤣

WE ARE BITING THE BULLET AND HEADING TO KANCHABABURI 🫣

First day, I would say.. We are RUSTING HAHAHA we had some change of plans here and there (caused tired 🥲) and we made a kinda HUGE mistake on the Google Map navigation. We wanted to head to a campsite somewhere near KL, but we ended up heading EAST COAST, had an approx. 7 hours of drive 😅
