How can leaders design collaboration that drives learning, vitality, and performance? From Reading the Room to Designing It: The Architecture of Thriving at Work
Last Thursday December 4th 2025 the paradiGM Grow team organized a session together with Alexandra Fishman on how to design collaboration that drives learning, vitality and performance.
Alexandra Fishman is a global HR and organizational effectiveness leader with over 20 years of experience in global mobility, talent strategy, and change leadership. Her research on thriving in global virtual teams inspired the Global Teaming Intelligence (GTI) framework, blending cultural intelligence and collaboration science. Based in Seattle, she serves on the board of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Puget Sound Chapter and continues to champion human-centered, data-informed approaches to work that help people and teams thrive.
Cultural Intelligence (CQ) helps us read the room, but the future of work requires us to design it. In this session, Dr. Alexandra Fishman shares research findings from her study on Thriving in Global Virtual Teamsand introduces Global Teaming Intelligence (GTI™) as the next evolution of collaboration design.
Cultural intelligence helps, but it’s not enough. Teams require cognitive infrastructure to reduce ambiguity and foster trust across distances.
Small, intentional shifts in how teams coordinate and communicate can significantly enhance collaboration, performance, and well-being.
In this webinar leaders will explore the behaviors and conditions that enable both performance and wellbeing, and learn how to identify collaboration patterns, strengthen shared understanding, and design systems of trust and coordination across borders.
