Justice League: Age of Krypton!
The alternate reality story of Zod taking over the world! Long leave the Kryptonian Empire!
Before I dive into this epic story, let me admit one thing: this wasn’t my best video, I confess. While I do strive to always accomplish a great edit, this one was more about the story and the cool idea I had, and far less about the actual video. I would love to revisit this with a much stronger video in the future.
You could say it’s something similar to Flashpoint Paradox and Injustice, but it’s more in line with my Age of Hydra/Hydra War stories. I always love the alternate reality/Elseworld type stories, because those are always fun to explore.
So, here’s the story – Krypton is destroyed, but some Kryptonians survive. In this reality, Jor-El and Zod team up and gather as many people as they can, and leave the doomed planet before it explodes. Kal-El isn’t born yet. The survivors travel to Earth, since Jor-El knows that it used to be an ancient outpost for Krypton. Upon arrival on Earth, they are exposed to the yellow sun, which activates their god-like abilities. Zod’s entire purpose was to protect Krypton, and with the planet gone, he kind of goes a little crazy. So he decides to conquer Earth, and use his new godly powers to build a Kryptonian Empire.
Superman is born on Earth, Batman leads the resistance, and so much more.
