The HawkeyePedershaab PipePlusPlus 180 is a stream lined, highly versatile and productive machine. It is capable of annual outputs of 74,000 tons in single-shift operation. The PipePlusPlus 180 uses vibration under pressure to manufacture concrete pipe in dimensions ranging form 250 to 1800 mm (10"-72") and lengths up to 3.5 meters (12'). In addition to round pipe, the PipePlusPlus 180 also produces:
PVC or PEHD Lined pipe
Manhole bases, risers, cones and flat tops
Catch basins
Elliptical, Arch and Flat Bed Pipe
Box shaped products
