ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa told the SABC that he is waiting for a detailed report on the discovery of alleged ballot papers from the party's regional conference in Johannesburg.
Ballot boxes were found in a house in Pretoria, police and the party received complaints that the conference was rigged.
Complaints were also raised with the Gauteng Provincial Task Team Co-ordinator, Hope Papo from the former regional chair, Dada Morero concerning Conflicts of Interest and Procedural Violations by the Election Agency.
Meanwhile in his closing address on the last day of the Lekgotla, the party leader has warned that incompetence on the part of ANC deployees will be dealt with.
