Warning! Superwinch, the company, is currently being sold. Their customer service was not even terrible because it's none existent. I would not buy another SuperWinch product again. Go buy a Warn or Comeup winch. I personally would have a very hard time justifying buying anything from the company again.
I hope this small heads up helps someone out. Go buy a Warn or a Comeup winch and save your self this headache!
