Ingredients:
Agaricus bisporus (mushrooms), green peas, red onion, garlic, olive oil, sea-salt, soy sauce, 250 ml coconut milk
Spices:
Sage, oregano, rosemary and fennel
五分钟的地中海风味的健身餐,最重要的还是香料!认识香料的过程复杂又冗长,今天和大家介绍一些简单的入门款香料噢!
配料:
洋菇(白色和棕色),绿豌豆,红葱,蒜头,橄榄油,海盐,酱油,250ml的椰奶
香料:
鼠尾草,牛至(也叫披萨叶),迭迭香和小茴香
