Bengaluru-based AI lab Maya Research has launched Maya Agents, a new product built on the Veena text-to-speech model. Maya Agents lets developers use 10 Indian voices from Veena to build conversational experiences for Indian users. Use cases include AI-powered medical helplines, therapy services, and ticket-booking for IRCTC. Each Maya Agent has its own URL that can be shared directly on WhatsApp.
