오늘은 경복궁에서 멀지 않은 ‘서울의 숨은 동네’ 홍제동을 산책했습니다.
홍제동에는 오래된 로컬 시장인 인왕시장,
그리고 **지하 보도를 재생해 만든 문화 산책로 ‘홍제유연’**이 자리하고 있습니다.
시장과 골목, 재생된 공간이 자연스럽게 이어지며
서울의 오래된 일상이 고스란히 남아 있는 지역입니다.

Hello, this is Hidden Seoul.
Today, we explore Hongje-dong — a hidden neighborhood not far from Gyeongbokgung Palace.
This area is home to Inwang Market, a long-standing local traditional market,
and Hongje Yuyeon, an old underground tunnel that has been reborn as a cultural walkway.
Here, old alleys, markets, and a regenerated space all blend together,
showing a quieter side of everyday life in Seoul.
In this video, we take a slow walk through:
• the streets from Hongje Station to Inwang Market,
• the warm atmosphere of the market,
• the underground cultural walkway Hongje Yuyeon,
• and the old residential alleys surrounding the area.
