Oops 😅🤭👀👣🌿 #barefoot vlog which I started with yesterday and forgot all about!🤣

Well basically, all 3 of us went barefoot all day yesterday 🥹 so I'm feeling like a proud barefoot queen, for inspiring the people I meet ❤️

Being barefoot isn't just something I do because I think it's cool, it's a choice I made once in my life spontaneously and have never gone back to wanting to wear shoes since! It's good for the overall wellbeing of you body and as we all have heard plenty of times: HEALTH IS WEALTH!💪🏼

So, being healthy, caring about our health is a top priority 🙌🏼

Being barefoot, especially in nature, is a very natural and relaxing experience, packed full of health benefits! Also, shoes these days are literally squishing your feet to such an extent that many of us have feet which are no longer the shape they once were 😮 like, literally, your feet may be deformed from years of wearing shoes everyday! This affects your entire body!!!
