Today on Tracie Reed Designs I am doing a Acrylic pouring on a wooden letter. This wooden letter diy was a lot of fun :) acrylic pouring can easily be accomplished on most surfaces - and I hope you give this a try :)

After the paint was completely dried and cured, I sealed it with
a few coats of Winsor & Newton professional gloss spray varnish.

The products I am using today are:
Wine- I mixed liquitex dioxazine purple and cadmium deep hue mixed together. Then, I added Artist loft white to that color to get a mauve or rose color.
The fine touch phthalo turquiose and
FolkArt champagne and antique copper.
I added 91% isopropyl alcohol between layers in the cup.

My paints are mixed with my pouring medium, which is 60% Liquitex pouring medium, 30% Floetrol, 5% water and 5% Golden GAC800.
No silicone was added.

My cloud effect mix is 50% Artist Loft Flow Acrylic White and 50% Behr Satin Enamel Ultra Pure White mixed with 50% pouring medium.
