Incredible Selmer 23A Balanced Model Trumpet! ACB Show & Tell with Trent Austin

[Link in description] This Conn 23A balanced action trumpet is a wonderful instrument. I had this horn restored by the world-class restorer Mark Metzler, including a valve rebuild. It's a horn I had to sell from my collection that's now back in the shop on consignment. Look at how crisp the bell engraving is!

There's a cosmetic blemish around the bell bead due to acid bleed. The solder wasn't cleaned up properly during construction. It's not a structural problem and it doesn't affect the sound, but given how beautiful the rest of the horn looks, we've lowered the price a bit to reflect this. This horn has a gorgeous sound that would fit into many environments, but it will really shine for players who are into the Louis Armstrong and Harry James vibe. The 23A is Selmer's medium-large bore balanced model so it's efficient and approachable for the modern player. It can also get pretty bright if you push it. There are lots of sound shapes available with this horn!
