hello大家好 这里是小森的厨房
今天我们来做这个拥有超高人气的日式红豆面包
他的外表看起来很普通,但口感特别松软,配上软糯的豆沙馅,一口下去幸福感满满^_^
❤材料❤
面包面团:高筋面粉200g,低筋面粉20g,温水/温牛奶(30-40度)145g,糖30g,盐2g,酵母粉3g,黄油15g
内馅:红豆馅(市售或者自制的都可以)200g(每个面包内25g*8个面包)
黑芝麻 (可不加)
抹茶粉4g (用于抹茶口味的红豆包)
❤Ingredients❤
Bread dough:bread flour 200g, cake flour 20g, lukewarm water/milk 145g, sugar 30g, salt 2g, dry yeast 3g, butter 15g
Filling: red bean paste 200g (you can buy it from grocery store or make it by yourself)each bun uses 25g of red bean paste
Black sesame (optional)
Matcha powder 4g (added into the bread dough for matcha flavour version)
