This is a review video I made in spring for Princess Alexandra of Kent. I was too busy to edit it and upload to YouTube and finally have time to do so. This rose was pruned really hard end of winter because I have lots of long, thin canes on this rose. So, I pruned off all the droopy cane and prune all the thick cane down to 1 ft. This spring, it sent out so many new strong canes that hold up the HUGE bloom at the end of it. I think it has the biggest blooms this year out of all these year for me. All it takes just a good prune and good feed in early spring. I encourage everyone to do so for this rose as it really help to stimulate good strong canes on this rose. Hopefully it will continue its good performance for me this summer with less droopy blooms.
