Itchy clitoris is most of the time because of the fungal infection i.e. yeast infection, monelial infection, thrush. So usually it would be associated with the white discharge and the inflammation of the vulva and the vagina. So usually this condition is treated by the anti fungals. Post treatment also they have itching there are various causes for this. Clitoris may be inflamed secondary to the allergy or sensitivity to the vaginal creams or the latex of the condoms or spermicide or may be the chemicals in the bubble bath. One more condition responsible for irritation of the clitoris is accumulation of the smegma. So regular bathing and hygiene most of the times can resolve this condition.
