Back in 1997, I was part of a Selena website on geocities called 'Selena Pals". We used to mail each other footage as Youtube didn't exist yet and it's how we got to see Selena concerts before decent internet existed. Someone mailed me this footage and I finally found it after losing it for 20+ years and finally got it transferred to digital.
*Apologies for being watermarked as there's past instances of people taking credit. I searched for it for 2 decades and spent money and time to upload so please respect other people's time and work.
