Fun training day. First time trying sledge pulls and decided to combine them with yoke carrys. Just tried to move as fast as possible with moderate weight. Not really that fast yet, but getting better.
The i did some floor pressing with added chains to work on my weak point on the bench. Felt really good. Finished the work-out with some arms. @Voimapuoti Gym, Helsinki.
Whole session:
Yoke Carry= 5x20mx220kg
+
Sledge Pull Backwards= 5x20mx100kg
Floor Press w/Chains= 5x8x60kg+40kg Chains
Standing Barbell Curl= 5x8x40kg
Triple Set= Standing French Press w/EZ-Bar= 5x10-15x29kg
Tricep Extension= 5x12-15x30-60kg
Kick Backs= 5x15x8kg
Triple Set= Standing EZ-Bar Curls= 5x12x29kg
Rope Curl= 5x12-15x10-30kg
Zottman Curl= 5x12x4-10kg
