P2101 Code FIX with Malone Stage 1 Tuning + "Race Pipe" EGR / ASV Delete on CJAA 2.0 TDI Jetta

On the previous video of my 2014 TDI Jetta, I had a check engine light (P2101) and flashing glow plug light after the install of my hood stack and "race pipe". The link to those videos are below:

Upon diagnosis I noticed that the OBDII stated "Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit." This instantly threw me to thinking it had something to do with the ASV, because it is the only throttle body type of part on the car. The flashing glow plug light threw me off initially, but turned out that both of the lights were related to the ASV after doing some reading.
Even if your car is not deleted nor does it have the race pipe the same P2101 code plug and a flashing glow plug light COULD be signs of a bad ASV.
