细砂糖 65克
香草精华 ½ 茶匙
少量柠檬汁
☘️抹茶奶油
淡奶油 350克
糖粉 30克
抹茶 4克
淡奶油 30克
☘️原味奶油
淡奶油 250克
糖粉 20克
☘️** 预热烤箱150C/295F
**150C/295F烘烤22-25分钟, 调至165C/330F继续烤7-8分钟
请根据您用的模具和自己烤箱来适当调整温度和时间。

5 Medium eggs (55-60g/each)
Cake flour 75g
Vegetable oil 50g
Milk 60g
Caster sugar 65g
Vanilla extract ½ tsp
Lemon juice
☘️Matcha flavour Cream
Whipping cream 350g
Icing sugar 30g
Matcha powder 4g
Whipping cream 30g
☘️Original flavour cream
Whipping cream 250g
Icing sugar 20g
☘️** Preheat oven to 150C/295F
**Bake at 150C/295F for 22-25 mins, turn to 165C/330F for 7-8 minutes
