Try out my recipe for Kimchi Jeyuk Deopbap, stir fried kimchi and pork belly over rice! Simple to make and perfect for those times when you still have a little bit of older kimchi in the fridge!
Ingredients List: (makes 1-2 servings)
2oz. onion (about 1/4)
5oz. sliced pork belly (142g)
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. gochujang
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. sesame oil
3oz. kimchi (85g)
1 tbsp. oil for pan frying
1 x large egg
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
garnish with green onions and roasted sesame seeds
