The Happy Camper begins the famous Frontenac Challenge - to hike Frontenac Provincial Park’s 11 loops and 160 km of trails between September 1 and October 31. This time he hikes the Little Clear Lake Loop (7 km) and the Little Salmon Lake Loop (10 km) by doing a figure eight loop. A total of 17 km loop, 5 to 7 hours, moderate to difficult. He also paddles a canoe to the start, and camps out for the night on Big Salmon Lake with his friend Sean Rowley from Paddling Adventures Radio.
