This week on the homestead, the garden gave generously—and we made sure nothing went to waste. We dug up our first potatoes, canned peach salsa and peach pie filling, and turned zucchini into delicious pies and loaves of bread. In a season of abundance, it’s our joy (and challenge!) to feed a big family with what we’ve grown.
