Hi, welcome to one of our budget home video tour.

Today we are presenting a Eye catching budget single story home built for 19 lakhs (Including Interior,) (Reused old roof tiles ,Used all wood from own land). The total area of this home is 1450 squar e feet+ 100 Square feet Mezzanine floor as study area. The main material of this house are, in roofing, industrial truss and clay roof tiles above and ceiling clay tiles below it. Flooring in vitrified tile, walls in laterite stone. The windows and doors are made in wood, and all wood was from own land. The construction costs may vary in other locations according to the availability of material and Labour. This home is located at Kerala State and Malappuram District.

The uniqueness of the design is that it can be fit in any budget as per your budget. Many changes can be made in the material selection depending on the budget of the individual.

Sit Out
Sit out has a good space where a wooden chair is placed for seating. The entry to house is given from the left side of the Sitout.

Living cum Hall
Sit out leads to a small foyer area. Living area placed right side of the foyer a step above the foyer . where a lengthy cushion sofa is arranged. Dining area roof is at a minimum height and provided a mezzanine floor for children's study area. The mezzanine floor is one of the main attractions of this house.

3 Bedrooms are provided as per the client request , Master bedroom have attached Bathroom . Other two bedrooms have a common toilet.
The ceiling was completely avoided and Poovod ( Clay Ceiling tile ) is given.It helped to bring a cooling effect inside of the house.
Small and Large windows are provided in all rooms so that cross ventilation is possible in every rooms.

Truss roof reduced the cost of construction and helped to give a simple and elegant kerala style elevation.

Kitchen Cabinets are simplified and Made with ACP and Aluminium.

Client directly purchased all the materials for the construction , Which helped to reduce the cost .
