This video demonstrates the Thessaly Test.
The Thessaly Test is used in patients who have a suspected meniscal injury. A positive test is joint line discomfort or a sense of locking or catching.
This test should only be performed 4 weeks or more after initial injury as acutely injured knees resist accurate clinical examination.
