RX100 Chamber Silencer Installation | Step-by-Step Guide + Tips & Tools 🛠️🔥

In this video, I’ll walk you through the installation of a chamber silencer on my Yamaha RX100, step by step.

This silencer was purchased from South India, priced between ₹4,000 to ₹6,000, and it was provided by me ( @speedylio ).

⚙️ Tools Used in This Installation:
🔧 Ring Spanner Set (for tightening nuts)

🔩 Allen Key Set (only if Allen bolts are used)

🧰 Standard Spanner or T-Handle Wrench (if stock bolts are used)

🪛 Universal Bolt Remover or Socket Wrench Set (if bolts are jammed or rusted)

🛠️ Precautions to Take:
Let the bike cool down before starting the installation.

Make sure the engine is off and the ignition key is removed.

Use the right-sized tools to avoid damaging the bolts.

Check for proper alignment of the chamber pipe before tightening fully.

Apply anti-seize grease if necessary to prevent rust in the future.

Removing the stock silencer from RX100.

Aligning the chamber pipe to the exhaust port.

Tightening bolts securely using ring spanner/Allen key.

Final fitting and sound check.
