Here’s Exactly WHERE Wall Street Owns Houses in California

Ever wondered which neighborhoods large institutional investors own houses? In today’s video, I’m joined by ‪@RyanLundquist‬ an appraiser based in the Sacramento region. He made an interactive map which shows the houses that are owned by Invitation Homes in California. Based on his research he found that they own over 9,000 homes in the state with a focus in the greater Sacramento area and Southern California. To give you a quick mortgage interest rates update, according to the Mortgage News Daily the average 30yr fixed mortgage rate is around 6.8% for the current mortgage rates (at the time of filming this video for those with excellent credit).
