❓What is ASMR❓ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, and I would describe it as a subjective, relaxing, almost hypnotizing sensation when listening to certain sounds. Some feel a 'tingling' sensation on the back of their scalp, their spine or other areas. I believe that most people can experience ASMR, while they need to find an individual 'trigger' they like best. Common triggers are personal attention, whispering or soft spoken ear to ear words, brushing, crinkly sounds, scratching, scissors, cutting, kinetic sand, tapping, massages... and much, more more:)

❓Who are you❓I´m a retired guy living in Switzerland, retired from my previous, seemingly-prestiguous career, and mostly retired from what most people consider a normal life (that´s what Rentner means in German, “retiree“). Well, there´s more.. I´m also quite weird. You'll get to know me better if you stick around a bit... What really matters to me is helping people find a bit of calm and peace of mind, and this is why I create videos with ASMR sounds, music or just sharing my thoughts here.
