Beliar is quite easy when you know what to do:
Wait for him to grow at least 3 times
Go in the corridor downstairs so he can't reach you (4:21)
He'll get stuck
Aim for his heart and shot it with you best guns
For Wulf, just spam your blood rage until he's dead. He cannot be killed by guns, explosions... You need to finish him with the blood rage.
