The Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel is the latest among the list of recent closures happening in downtown Baltimore. According to the Maryland Department of Labor, the Sheraton closed its doors on New Year's Eve and laid off 69 employees. Morton's The Steakhouse, which resided inside the Sheraton, also closed. The lobby now sits empty, and "Sheraton" is no longer written on the brick building.
