Photographer captures intense standoff between Canada goose and bald eagle

A photographer captured a moment he says has become symbolic of the current climate—an intense encounter between a Canada goose and a bald eagle on an icy bay in Burlington, Ontario.

Mervyn Sequeira says the bald eagle made several attempts to attack the goose, but the goose held its ground for nearly twenty minutes until the eagle eventually backed down.
