1995 Dodge Ram 2500 Project Episode 13 // Cab Swap - Day 2, Part 3 - Placing New Cab on Frame

For the final part of the big Cab Swap weekend, after returning from dinner we pressure washed out the frame, then prepared the new black cab to be installed onto the frame. After that Greg and his Dad worked together to place the new cab onto the frame. We didn't cover much of this in big detail as we were losing sunlight fast (final parts of the video look decently bright but that's only because I cranked up the brightness in post). Much of what we did here is just the reverse order to what we showed in Day 1, Part 2, so be sure to check that video out if you haven't already.

This isn't quite it for the cab swap, we later finished up torquing the cab bolts, and reinstalling all the stuff that had to come off to do the swap, but first we need to swap out the dashboard and the plugged heater core with the one off the silver cab that is in better condition.
