Best Pan Seared Salmon 🍣
This pan grilled salmon tastes soo good!! A simple soy sauce mixture with hint of soy, honey, lemon, garlic, pan-seared into crispy charred goodness on the outer edge while keeping the center tender and juicy, served with rice, and your favorite vegetables for a simple, flavorful and healthy meal.
Ingredients
250g Salmon fillet skin-on Center cut fillet
2 tbsp salted butter
For garlic parsley/chives
Serve of side :left over rice, Green beans
Sauce mixture
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp grated garlic
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Few drop lime juice
Prepare all above ingredients by mixing them together in a bowl and set asid
-Heat oil in a pan/skillet over medium heat place the fillets with skin side down on the hot pan, cook each side 3 minutes
-Now add butter swirl all over, slowly add soy garlic mixture give quick stir spoon sauce onto the salmon fry fillets until golden brown (about 5 minutes each side) also depending on the thickness.
Serve with rice, green vegetables to complete the meal
COOK RICE
2 cups left over rice
3 garlic grated
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-Heat oil & butter add garlic stir until fragrance add rice, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper stir and cook over high heat for 5 minutes and set aside
GREEN BEANS
8 tender green beans blanched
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 garlic grated
Salt & pepper
Same pan add oil, hoisin sauce , grated garlic, salt, black pepper, green beans stir for 2-3 minutes and set aside
PLATE
To make the smooth rice in a perfectly shaped dome. you'll want to first pack your cooked grains into a small bowl and then turn it upside down and dump it out onto your plate.
Side add vegetables
Now plate delicious, buttery soy garlic crispy charred salmon ready to enjoy!
