An enthusiast for social entrepreneurship, Gaurav Gupta started his first startup, ‘Swaaha’, focusing mainly on a decentralized way of managing wet waste via a mobile composting van and very evidently, it got immense support and encouragement from Indore which went through a cleanliness revolution and is now the cleanest city of India. After his startup got successful, he set-up various other journeys for solving a social cause. He is the head of the Vivekanand Youth Initiative, which works on youth empowerment through grassroots innovations. He also works for B-Eco Solutions, an online waste management consultancy and Arun Solar, which works on affordable solar energy products. Apart from achieving such milestones, he has also achieved success at the international level as his research papers have been accepted for various international conferences.
