How to test for a shorted ignition coil (Honda Distributor)

In this video I will show you how to troubleshoot a no start condition on a Honda. The problem with this car was a shorted ignition coil.

Engine Performance Diagnostics chapter 22

Symptoms
no start (cranks normally)
no spark
good injector pulse and fuel pressure

Fix
replace shorted ignition coil

how to use the key on engine off check engine light as a guide
how to test for spark
how to check for injector pulse with a basic test light
how to verify cam and crank sensor signals to the ECU
