Welcome back to Ashland, the heart of Ash County, named after the Ash Trees dotting our landscape!

In Episode 3, Ashland faces a major crisis, garbage is piling up across the city. Our police station, fire station, and crematorium are overflowing with trash, cutting their efficiency in half and sending crime rates through the roof. With only 3 patrol cars on duty, 207 criminals on the streets, and a 100% crime success rate, the city is in real trouble.

We tackle that problem head on by unlocking a new tile and building a dedicated landfill, restoring police coverage, and bringing crime back under control. Along the way, we lay down thoughtful infrastructure, start shaping a gritty industrial zone, and dive deep into detailing to make it feel lived in and real.
