The magnificent 1962 Lincoln Continental Two-Seat Coupe featured here is finished in gorgeous Champagne Metallic over an exquisite, soft black leather interior and matching formal top. This incredible motorcar was commissioned by Lincoln as a prototype and coach built by famed Derham Body Co. This is one of only two known to have been built and is the only known survivor of this incredibly rare model. Just released from a prominent private collection and recently serviced. Derham Body Co. was a high-quality custom coachbuilder who built bodies for several cars including Duesenberg, Packard and Cadillac. Derham survived through the 1960s building custom bodies for various firms. In 1962, Derham built two prototype coupes on the Lincoln Continental chassis. The wheelbase of the original 4-door Continental has been shortened by over 2′ which is nearly the same length as a 1962 Corvette and made into a unique 2-seat coupe.
