In this episode we cover abaniko striking styles in Modern Arnis, including Corto, Largo, combinations, and 4 different types of Abaniko Double action. These all involve fanning or sideways motions to attack as followups, entries, recoveries, or other opportunities. After isolating each in the air, we then use a training dummy to explore some details of execution, targeting, and application before moving to a partner to aid visualization for solo work.
